This is an original instrumental. For guitarists, I'm tuned D-G-D-F#-A-D. I learned this tuning from Chris Smither's arrangement of Statesboro Blues. The tuning is similar to the popular DADGAD tuning, but you have a Dsus4 when you strum all six open strings. I used an old Korean Ovation Celebrity to record this piece. I still have the instrument which was a college graduation gift from my father, but it is badly worn and there are a couple long cracks in the finish.
