New Children’s CD Release from Arizona Musician Chuck Cheesman Since moving to Flagstaff seven years ago, Chuck’s Dancing With No Shoes On! performances for children have become popular at libraries, schools, and special events throughout Northern Arizona and Phoenix. Chuck also brings music education to Flagstaff Head Start classrooms with a Music in the Classrooms grant awarded by Bookmans Entertainment Exchange. His third CD of original songs for adults (Imagining Dancers) was released in February. He is a proud husband and father of two children. September 12, 2011 (Flagstaff, Arizona) -- Arizona children’s educator/entertainer Chuck Cheesman is releasing a new recording of music for children. Dancing With No Shoes On is a collection of 10 original songs and three adaptations of familiar, traditional songs.
Chuck Cheesman began his career in children’s music more than a decade ago as a Wiggleworms instructor at Chicago’s Old Town School of Folk Music. While at OTSFM he contributed three tracks to the popular children’s recording Wiggleworms Love You and had the honor of having President Barack Obama’s family attend his classes.
